Police Department

In the police department there seems to be a difficulty with public communication, delays, and vague information. It has turned many people to question our police department. 50 Fargo Police officers have left in Mr. Zibolski time as Police Chief, this seems like a high number and definitely something me and the city officials will have to look into. With the amount of resignations and many other problems in the department it is needed to have a check on the police department to make sure we see the source of this problem and what we can do to solve it. Talk with the leaders of the police department and what they need to succeed for the future of our city. We do need to expand the police department as the city grows and starting our expansion internally seems to be the best move for the city
