Police Department

The city of Fargo Police Department has many issues including: communication and leadership. This is not the fault of individual officers but rather the leadership in our city. During Chief Zibolski’s time in office there has been 50 resignations only 13 of them have been retirements, the rest are officers quitting or moving departments. This seems like a pressing issue in our city. I am not directly calling for the resignation of Cheif Zibolski but different leadership may be the thing that Fargo needs. I appreciate the work of individual officers who work to keep us safe. But as the city grows the police department needs to grow with it, starting expansion externally starts internally.
