Overspending

The problem with Fargo ND budget shortfall is not a lack of revenue coming in, rather the overspending in the city. The way we can solve our property tax issues and budget shortfall is by cutting certain areas of our budget rather than increasing taxes for the people. The city also overspends on city projects, we throw money around like its free.
