Overspending

Let’s be real the city budget is being taken advantage of by developers and city officials. We can say we will budget $5,000,000 for a department but at the end of the year we are at $7,000,000.

The same things goes with the convention center we budgeted $40,000,000 to $45,000,000 but most likely we will see it surpass $50,000,000.

This issue needs to be addressed so we have accurate budgets and prevent future shortfalls.
