Public Information

I don’t see why there would be a problem with the city giving over public information, a city should be able to provide public records when asked in a formal manner and reasonable time. The North Dakota Attorney General has looked into our public record issues and cited unreasonable delays of requested public records. If it takes me going into the Public records office to fix the problem I will do it. This should not be a problem in a strong, reliable city. And makes Fargo less credible.
